Lovely caf, delicious bacon sandwich on thick seeded wholemeal bread and excellent latte. It's in an odd location mind you and they must be missing so much passing trade. Highly recommended.

Always wanted to go in here but always seemed closed. Had opportunity last Saturday only to be told the boss had said they could close and go home - think staff should have taken the initiative and served us - we would have been sitting outside with the dog which may have drummed up more custom. Shame, cos it's put me off going again and I've started walking two/three times a week now we have a dog.

We stopped for a coffee after our walk along the Rail trail
Extremely friendly and attentive staff
We where allowed to take our grand fur baby inside which was a bonus
Treated ourselves to sticky toffee pudding which was HUGE & delicious
We will visit again

I visited here knowing nothing about Miola and enjoyed the experience.
Lots of items that you don't see for sale elsewhere and nice to mooch around.
The cafe area was very cosy with a log burner. We ordered a jacket potato with cheese and a caramelised onions and goats cheese open sandwich. Both came with a beautiful winter salad and if you like your goats cheese they dont stint. There is an area for children and outside seating.
The staff were incredibly welcoming and were very accomadating.
I must say that I found the food alittle pricy £8 for the jacket potato and £13 for my sandwich which did also come with coleslaw and crisps but the quality of the meal was excellent.

Good quality sandwiches and drinks served by friendly staff. The homewares section wasn't as big as I was expecting it to be but the range was good although some of the outdoor stuff looked a little weather beaten. Entrance signage from the road could be improved as it wasn't immediately obvious to go through the gate which at first glance is for a motor mechanics garage.

Stopped on long (all day) bike ride as needed to fuel up, and ideally charge my Garmin. I asked if I could charge it and they told me it wasn’t allowed, as they’ve had power cuts due to people charging their laptop. As it was the main reason I stopped it was very frustrating, especially as they had cycling photos on the walls and the owner said he was a cyclist 🤷🏾♀️.
I ordered a coffee which burnt my tongue. Something to watch out for.

The outdoor shop looks a bit neglected… but i wanted just a cuppa tea and a scone in the cafe! Looked much more welcoming inside and outside and the service was very attentive and lovely! The scone will unfortunately never win a prize. Heated up in the microwave it resulted in a tasteless dough. Marmelade was cheap strawberry jelly stuff and the clotted cream just enough to put on a corner…

If you need some food in the area it's well worth knowing about.
Free parking, a good selection of dishes, and a decent menu.
We managed to sit outside in the sunshine which was nice.

What a lovely café in a great spot near the Rail Trail. We had the most delicious, huge!, warm scones with jam and cream. The outside sitting area has a lovely terrace and quirky themed alcoves. In the indoor sitting area, you can enjoy looking at the beautiful ornaments etc. in the shop. The staff were excellent and made us very welcome. Thanks!
